CINCINNATI, OH – August 7th, 2018 – Trayak’s Sustainability Consultant, Alison Younts, will be presenting a workshop at the upcoming Pet Sustainability Coalition’s conference Impact Unleashed held through September 20th-21st in Denver, Colorado.

This is the second year for this unique, intentionally intimate event that allows professionals throughout the business chain to meet and discuss obstacles in the industry as well as brainstorm ways to overcome these hurdles. Day 1 of the conference features keynote speakers that will share environmental stories of success within the pet industry while Day 2 focuses on various workshops to provide attendees with resources and tools to support their sustainability programs.

During a Day 2 workshop, Alison will go through current sustainable packaging trends, obstacles, and first steps for a company to take if they are just beginning their sustainability journey. It will also include an interactive look into the packaging Life Cycle Assessment platform EcoImpact with a deep dive into COMPASS and SCORE. Attendees will be provided with concrete information to baseline the environmental impacts of their current packaging and analyze alternatives all while tracking sustainability goals.
